Ultrafast Laser Pulse Induced Topological Resonance in MoS2 Monolayer

摘要

In MoS2 monolayer, we predict that a single oscillation femtosecond laser pulse with circular polarization creates a chiral distribution of conduction band electron population. This chirality is an effect of topological resonances in this semiconductor.
