摘要
A method using polycrystalline graphite as solid phase microextraction (SPME) fibers and surface-assisted laser desorption/ionization (SALDI)-mass spectrometry (MS) was studied. Nonionic alkylphenol-ethoxylate surfactants were used as analytes. The SPME-SALDI mass spectrum obtained on a control sample, in which the SPME fiber was immersed in 10 mL of water from ca. 14 h. The matrix background ions, derived from sucrose and glycerol, appeared in the spectrum below m/z 400.
