摘要

Atrioventricular (AV) valve is a cardiac component of zebrafish that regulates the rhythm of blood flow, and may be utilized to assay unknown cardiac drug compounds. This research herein presents the construction of a near-infrared optical reflectance microspectroscopy (NIRORM), examining the rhythm of AV valve of wildtype zebrafish larvae in vivo as a preliminary drug toxicity assay, of which the experimental results indicate that NIRORM is effective in discriminating types of cardiac drugs based upon the stimulating or tranquilizing effects on AV valve, and such effects are highly dependent on the concentration of solution and duration of sample immersion.
