Triplet energy transfer between a conjugated polymer and phosphorescent molecules

Abstract

By Stern-Volmer analysis, we will show that the triplet energy transfer from Ir(mppy)3 to conjugated polymers depends only on the total number of fluorene monomers. Further, the quenching process is not diffusion controlled in organic solutions.
