The studies of GaN-based tip-free nanorod LEDs and metal-coated spiral nano lasers

Abstract

We had demonstrated nanorod LEDs and metal-coated GaN spiral structure lasers with improved performances. The nanorod LEDs show a great reduction of the emission wavelength shift, and circular-polarized emission of nano lasers was achieved.
