Abstract
In this study, a web-based course management system is introduced. This system lets teacher manage course-related affairs such as announcement, grading, learning status of each student, and communication between teacher and students easily. In addition, this system provides learning feedback to students as soon as possible and allows students check their own learning status and makes necessary amendment. At the end of course, students can select and pack their own portfolios that contain grading, teaching materials, discussion with others, homework, and teacher's comment. In the future, students can carry their own portfolios to the next learning stage. In order to improve trustability of students' portfolios, this system contains an online verification mechanism called MD5.
