Abstract

We study the frequency-dependent nonlinear optical properties of the orthorhombic (wurtzite) ternary nitride tetrahedral semiconductors, i.e. ZnGeN 2 and the related ternary nitrides based on the Linear Augmented Slater-Type Orbitals (LASTO) method.
