Abstract

This paper proposed the competitions about electromagnetics for undergraduate students. The goal of the competition is to provide an opportunity for undergraduate students to exchange their research outcome about electromagnetics. Challenges including helping students coming up new ideas and lowering the entrance barrier are discussed and the related solutions are proposed. The competitions were held in 2015, and 2016. It is believed that the competition is helpful to stimulate undergraduate students' interest on the research topic about electromagnetics.
