Abstract

We synthesized monodisperse colloidal nanocrystals of fully inorganic cesium lead halide perovskites (CsPbX3, X = Br and I or mixed halide systems CI/Br and Br/1) and SiO2 coated CsPbBr3. Perovskite QDs have potential to become a new of candidates for inexpensive optical communication applications.
