Simulation Model of Multiple Oxide-Aperture VCSEL

Abstract

An oxide VCSEL model was built based on measured results. We then design a new multiple oxide-apertured VCSEL based on this model. The simulation result shows that the bandwidth can be improved and reaches 24GHz.
