In this study, DInSAR technology is applied for observing topographic changes after an earthquake atHualien occurred on Feb, 6. Images used in this study are acquired with Sentinel-1A and 1B. There were 11 ascendingimages and 10 descending images, time spanning from 2018.01.01 to 2018.03.31. The wave range of these imagesare C band. Acquisition mode is Interferometric Wide. Polarization selected is VH. The swath in ascending imageswere iw2 and iw3, and iw1 for descending. From the DInSAR result, significant deformation is observed. Thephysical interpretation and relation with the faults where the earthquake occurred are explored.
