Abstract

We propose and demonstrate using polarization-multiplexing of rolling-shutter-effect (RSE) based visible-light-communication (VLC) to increase the transmission capacity. Experimental net data rate of 11.52 kbit/s was achieved at typical room illuminance of 500 lux.
