Abstract

The paper is introduced using to detect a critical small-pixel-sized defect and presents an efficiency flaw detection of medical displays application with ultra-high-resolution JGZO-based thin-film-transistor array. It is a current electrical testing and detection method with advantages of small-pixel sized, ultra-high-resolution and no contact damaged to the display array panel.
