Abstract

We demonstrate a 10-Gb/s optical-carrier-distributed network with wireless communication system. The 10-Gb/s W-band wireless-signal was generated by a near-ballistic-uni-traveling-carrier-photodiode (NBUTD-PD) based transmitter optically excited by 0.1-THz optical pulses. 20-km optical fiber upstream transmission is achieved.
