Monte Carlo simulation of vortex phase with disorder

Based on the Ginzburg-Landau model, using lowest Landau level approximation, Monte Carlo simulations are performed to investigate the vortex phase in type II two-dimension superconductors. For the clean system, the first order phase transition from vortex solid to vortex liquid is obtained, which is in agreement with previous works in the literature. In contrast, for the weak disorder system, the Bragg glass phase is observed.
