Abstract

A cyber-physical multi-user, situationally-aware smart office environment system guarantees a friendly smart office service. The proposed system collects and takes into account the environmental requirements and preferences of those users present in the office. Additionally, a cloud server aggregates sensor
data shown on the webpage and determines ideal smart office space conditions. The most suitable results are based on the most frequent level (MFL) chosen by users in a multi-user case. The system solves office environment conflicts in which different users have their own preferences and distinct habits. More specifically, it ensures intelligent personalized responses in single-user cases,
and further maintains comfortable office conditions by optimally meeting user requirements. The embedded system then actuates the indoor environment devices and broadcasts office environment information and documentation notification service for all users.
