Crystallization kinetics and dielectric properties in sol-gel derived (Pb,La)(Zr,Sn, Ti)O3 ceramics

Abstract

A study was performed on the preparation of sol-gel derived (Pb,La)(Zr,Sn,Ti)O3 powders and sintered ceramics. Their dielectric properties and crystallization kinetics were studied as function of temperature. It was found that the sol-gel derived powders yielded a mixture of pyrochlore and perovskite phases, at intermediate temperatures.
