Abstract

The authors regret the printing errors in Fig. 1(b) and Fig. 2(b) peak labels and want to replace Fig. 1 and 2 and edited in the text as follows: For Fig. 1, the sentence “The terminal ≡SiOCH3 groups have also contribution to the absorption in the peaks at 2915 cm−1, 2970 cm−1 (Figs. 1b) and 775 cm−1 and 845 cm−1 (Fig. 1d) [25,48]” should be replaced in page 110437 (column 1) with the sentence “The CH3 groups (C–H vibration from ≡Si–CH3) have also contribution to the absorption in the peaks at 2915 cm−1, 2970 cm−1 (Figs. 1b) and 775 cm−1 and 845 cm−1 (Fig. 1d) [48].” [Figure presented] Fig. 1. FTIR spectra of carbon-bridged copolymer films (BTMSE/MTMS = 25/75, sample 04) with various Brij30 concentration after baked in different ambient, where (a) Full FTIR spectra; and (b), (c), (d) are parts of the full FTIR spectra. The films are soft-baked (SB at 150 °C, 30 min) in the air, and hard-baked (HB at 400 °C, 30 min) in air and hard-baked (HB at 400 °C, 60 min) in N2. For Fig. 2, the sentence “Additionally, the film has the highest concentration of ≡SiOCH3 (2845, 2915 and 2970 cm−1, Fig. 2b) [51,53] and CH2 groups (2890 and 2945 cm−1, Fig. 2b) which is in line with a previous report [54].” Should be replaced in page 110437 (column 2) with “Additionally, the film has the highest concentration of CH3 (2915 and 2970 cm−1) and ≡SiOCH3 (2845 and 2945 cm−1, Fig. 2b) [51,53] and CH2 groups (2890 and 2945 cm−1, Fig. 2b) which is in line with a previous report [54].” [Figure presented] Fig. 2. FTIR spectra of OSG films with different concentration of carbon bridge after hard-baked (HB at 400 °C, 60 min) in N2, (a) Full FTIR spectra; and (b), (c), (d) are part of full FTIR spectra. The films were labeled 04, 08 and 12 correspond to the BTMSE/MTMS ratios of 25/75, 33/67 and 47/53, respectively. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
