Abstract

The annual IEEE Conference on Computational Intelligence and Games (IEEE CIG) was held at the Tayih Landis Hotel in Tainan, Taiwan from August 31 to September 2, 2015. The IEEE CIG 2015 program consisted of four keynote speeches, three tutorial sessions, two special sessions, 55 oral presentations, 11 poster presentations along with program demonstration, six competitions, and one board game and curling game demonstration. Special Appreciation Award were presented to keynote speakers, tutorial speakers, professional Go players, and developer of E-game competition. IEEE CIG 2015 Best Student Paper Award was presented to Hung-Jui Chang for the paper entitled 'Convergence and correctness analysis of Monte-Carlo tree search algorithms: A case study of 2 by 4 Chinese dark chess,' by Hung-Jui Chang, Chih-Wen Hsueh, and Tsan-Sheng Hsu.
