Abstract

The technique of cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) is frequently employed to evaluate the introduction of a particular project or a plan for most enterprises until now. However, it had seldom been used from the viewpoint of system, i.e. the organization. Although most of them will have the quantitative characteristics, the qualitative characteristics will be met for the real environments. Hence, it will limit the modelling procedure. In this article, we will employ the artificial neural networks (ANNs) technique to construct a benefit prediction model with the viewpoint of systematic costs. An illustrative example is then employed to demonstrate the rationality and the feasibility for the proposed procedure.
