Aresource allocation model and an efficient solution algorithm

Abstract

In this paper we propose a model which is developed for assigning persons to certain projects so that the assignment maximized the profit. Unlike other complicated algorithms used to solve the resource allocation problems, this algorithm is very simple, efficient and powerful. In particular, we would like to apply this efficient solution algorithm to wireless communication industry where resource allocation becomes critical for different project development to cater for market pull and customer needs.
