Abstract

We present our works on the frequency measurement of iodine-stabilized 543 nm HeNe laser. We have finished the following works: Compact iodine-stabilized 543 nm HeNe laser and cavity enhanced second harmonic generation of CO 2 laser. We are preparing the final frequency measurement, and the results will be presented in this conference.
