Abstract

A theoretical analysis is presented for the space-charge-limited current in a solid with traps uniformly and non-uniformly distributed in the space inside it and in the forbidden energy gap. The expressions derived are used to interpret the experimental current-voltage characteristics in anthracene films as functions of film thickness.
