title = "A BiCMOS signal processor for B/W CCD camera",
abstract = "A key component of black/white CCD camera system is presented in this paper. It is the first BiCMOS signal processor IC used in such a system. It contains five blocks: CDS (Correlated-Double Sampling), AGC (Automatic Gain Control), γ -C (Gamma Correction), CE (Composite Encoder),and IRIS amplifier. The chip was designed by using the 2.0μm BiCMOS library[1] which includes both analog and digital cells. The supply voltage for this processor is 9V and the power consumption is less than 270mW. Both circuit description and measured results are presented.",
