Abstract

593 nm laser generation by summing dual wavelength diode-end-pumped Nd:YVO4 laser with periodically poled LiNbO3 was presented. The output powers at each lasing wavelength versus input power were shown. With 1.2 W of power at 1064 nm and 1.0 W at 1342 nm incident on the PPLN crystal, a sum-frequency output power of 92 mW was obtained.
