Abstract

A double-balanced micromixer is implemented with a 0.35 μm CMOS process. The micromixer has a good frequency response, and thus only needs a small on-chip inductor for RF matching. P1 db = -10 dBm, IIP3 = 0 dBm, and a single-ended conversion loss of 4.7 dB are achieved at 2.4 GHz for a supply voltage of 3.3 V.
