Abstract

In recent years, the integration of technology into teaching and learning has been recognized as one of the most important issues in educational settings. The purpose of this study is to propose conceptual and operational model: the Information Technology Coordinating Team (ITC Team) model. The ITC facilitates the design and development of learning blended with face-to-face and online learning modes, at the elementary-school level. Also, this model specifies the roles and tasks performed by each participating teacher and staff member. A case is also outlined to realize the model. We expect this model to assist collaboration among teachers and to ensure teachers’ adoption learning successfully.
